The No Stress Challenge

Feel like you've lost each other?

Most couples don't have a love problem. They have a stress problem, and it's rewiring your body long before it ever reaches your words.

The No Stress Challenge trains you both to interrupt that pattern and become a team again.

The N.O. S.T.R.E.S.S. method Start Your Video Challenge →

Does this sound familiar?

You still love each other. That was never the question. But somewhere between the bills, the schedules, and the noise of everyday life, something shifted, and you've both felt it, even if neither of you said it out loud.

  • You snap over things that used to be nothing
  • You feel like they've "changed"
  • Intimacy quietly disappeared and neither of you noticed when
  • Simple conversations turn into arguments before you know how
  • You've stopped feeling like a team, and started feeling like opponents

The good news? Healthy couples aren't born. They train.

Stress doesn't just stress you.
It rewires how you see each other.

Stress changes your brain before it changes your words. It narrows your focus, shortens your patience, and quietly convinces you that the person across the table is the problem, instead of the pressure you're both carrying.

You start reacting to your partner the way you'd react to a threat. Not because you love them less. Because no one ever taught either of you what to do with the stress before it reached the relationship.

Chronic stress floods your body with cortisol and quietly shuts down oxytocin, the hormone that makes you feel safe and bonded with the person next to you. That's not a metaphor. That's chemistry, and it's exactly what the N.O. S.T.R.E.S.S.™ method is built to reverse.

That's exactly what seven days can retrain.

Our story

Guillian and Lilian

Guillian and Lilian have been together for over 7 years now. During these years, they've walked through some of life's hardest seasons together: loss, betrayal, financial hardship, childbirth, homelessness, and more.

Guillian grew up on the island of Curaçao, in a dysfunctional household with a mentally ill mother and an absent father.

Lilian grew up in the Netherlands, the eldest daughter carrying the weight of the household while her immigrant mother stayed emotionally distant.

Both of them grew up far too quickly.

When they met, it felt like a breath of fresh air. For the first time, they had a relationship that felt like home.

Then life happened. The weight of everything unhealed, everything unspoken, everything exhausting, slowly began to change the way they communicated and the way they saw each other.

Stress became louder than love.

They found themselves arguing more, feeling misunderstood, even questioning whether they should stay together. Looking back, they realized they had never truly become enemies. Stress had simply convinced them they were.

As they started learning about the brain, the nervous system, and the way stress reshapes how we think, feel, and treat the people we love, everything started to make sense.

Much of what they were experiencing wasn't a lack of love. It was two people carrying heavy loads without the tools to carry them together.

Out of that, the N.O. S.T.R.E.S.S. Method was born. It was never meant to become a program, it was simply the framework they built to become a team again. When they started sharing it with other couples, they saw the same shift happen, again and again.

That's why they started The Relationship Gym as @thatstressfreecouple. Not because they have a perfect marriage. Because they know exactly what it feels like to lose each other under the weight of life, and they know there's a way back.

And they've seen the evidence: you can train yourself back to each other.

Your N.O. S.T.R.E.S.S.™ method, one day at a time

Every letter of the method is a day. Each day unlocks one video and one practice to run through together.

You'll get the days released as a drip, not in a dump, so you can actually do the work instead of just watching it.

It opens with a short piece of theory, the "N" of New Perspective, the shift that makes everything after it click. Then the seven practice days begin.

Opening lesson · Theory

N: New Perspective

Before the days begin, this is the shift itself: seeing that stress, not each other, has been the real opponent all along.

Day 1

O: Observe

Before you can change a pattern, you have to see it. Become aware of the moments when stress starts influencing your relationship.

Day 2

S: Slow Down

Stress thrives on quick reactions. Slowing down is about creating space between what happens and how you respond.

Day 3

T: Team Up

Stress wants you to believe the problem is each other. At team up, you flip the script.

Day 4

R: Reconnect

Stress creates distance. Connection closes that distance. Intentionally create small moments that remind your relationship: "We are still us."

Day 5

E: Encourage

Stress makes it easy to focus on what's wrong. Encouragement is about becoming intentional with what is right.

Day 6

S: Simplify

Stress often grows because life becomes heavier than it needs to be. It's time to remove unnecessary pressure.

Day 7

S: Sustain

A transformation only lasts when it becomes a new pattern. Identify what worked and choose what you want to continue.

  • Access to our private community for challenge takers, for support while you're going through your days
  • Lifetime access to repeat the entire challenge, any time you need a reset

This is a 7-day video challenge, for couples who know they chose the right person, but somewhere along the way, life got hard and stress started overshadowing the joy.

This is for you if...

  • You still choose each other, but the day-to-day has gotten heavier than it should be
  • You're tired of the same argument showing up in a different outfit
  • You want practical tools, not another talk about "communication"
  • You're both willing to show up for seven days, together

This is not for you if...

  • You refuse to forgive or see your own part, and only blame your partner.

One of you stepping into compassion is enough to break the pattern.

The longer two nervous systems stay in survival mode around each other, the harder the pattern is to unlearn.

Seven days now is easier than seven years from now.
